Self-cleaning, continuous flow
Automatic backflush or scraper cycles clear the mesh on differential pressure or timer — no stopping, no manual basket rinsing.
Continuous screening that cleans itself — a self-cleaning screen filter that traps leaves, debris and coarse-to-medium solids on a stainless-steel mesh, then automatically backwashes or scrapes the screen clear so it keeps running without manual cleaning or stopping. Protects pumps, valves and downstream filtration with low pressure loss in fresh and salt water.

System composition
Automatic backflush or scraper cycles clear the mesh on differential pressure or timer — no stopping, no manual basket rinsing.
Catches leaves, scales and stray debris before they reach pumps, valves, UV and biological filtration.
High open area keeps head loss minimal, with full flow restored after every clean.
Coarser screens for intake protection, finer mesh for sieving — matched to the duty.
Suited to seawater lines and intake structures.
Runs 24/7 with few moving parts and few failure points.
Application
FAQ
As solids build on the stainless-steel mesh the pressure differential rises (or on a set timer), triggering an automatic backwash / scraper cycle that flushes the debris to drain and restores full flow without opening the unit or interrupting the process.
It traps leaves, scales and coarse-to-medium suspended solids to protect pumps, valves and downstream filtration, and is used as an inline strainer, an intake screen on the water source, or a pre-filter ahead of sand or drum filtration.
Yes — the 316/304 stainless mesh is selectable to match the duty, coarser for intake protection and finer for sieving, with low pressure loss.
With automatic cleaning it runs 24/7 unattended and low-maintenance, suited to both fresh- and sea-water.
